Connect Club
An online space to land when life feels too loud.
I created this club because I know what it’s like to have an 'exploding attic.' It’s not a place to fix yourself or tick off a to-do list. It’s a digital home for those of us who just want to feel the floor again.
Through the breath, simple movement, Finnish wisdom and honest stories, we practice one thing: landing.
Why I’m here
(and why you might be too):
I believe true connection doesn't happen when we're trying to be perfect. It happens when we're grounded and true to ourselves because we have a clear mind and vision.
I wanted a space that travels with you—not as another obligation, but as a resource you can reach for whenever you need to find your center.
A digital space that still feels human: where practice, reflection, and honest stories meet, so we can remember what it feels like to belong.

Reading
Room
“read stories that make you pause”
Every second week, I send a letter to your inbox. No 'high-fidelity' inspiration—just honest reflections on Finnish culture, the science of the breath, and the messy reality of being human. It’s the permission slip you didn't know you needed.
Practice
Room
“move through breath, body and sound.”
Short, on-demand sessions that prioritize your nervous system. We use the breath and the 26 bones of your feet to signal safety to your brain. Practice when you're overwhelmed, when you're tired, or when you just need to remember you have a body."
Reflection
Room
“reflect with questions that go deep.”
A library of over 100 prompts to help you navigate the noise. This isn't about finding the 'right' answers; it's about learning to ask the questions that actually matter. Think of it as a slow, honest conversation with yourself.
This is your invitation to pause.
However you enter: through a story, a practice,
or a question you are already part of the
Connect Club.
This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and return with The Softening—an online program for 14 days of slowing down.
