You can choose between morning and lunch-break classes.
Private classes allow you to dive deeper into your practice. Focusing on proper alignment will help you reconnect your body with your soul.
I create classes personalised for your needs. You can choose between general classes, body-part-focused classes and workshop-style-classes.
I recommend, twice per week one flow class and one workshop style class to look at different asanas and deepen the practice.
