with options to easier asanas (poses) and more advanced variations. Some Classes might be stated as Level 2 + 3 classes, these are not meant for beginners due to a faster pace and less cues and intro to more advanced asanas.

I create classes personalised for your needs. You can choose between general classes, body-part-focused classes and workshop-style-classes.
I recommend, twice per week one flow class and one workshop style class to look at different asanas and deepen the practice.
You can also choose between the styles: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga and between the focus: Backbends, Inversions and Arm Balances.

Sound is used to promote healing on all levels. Different instruments and sound frequencies guide you into deep relaxation, calming the nervous system and balancing body, mind and soul. This practice is difficult to describe. You have to experience it in order to know.
I offer private 1 on 1 sound healings for your needs and group sound baths, optional in combination with movement.
Conscious connected breath work and pranayama.
Conscious connected breath is kind of a meditation that uses a so-called circular breath to let go of stress and tension, stored deeply within our bodies and minds. Through this breathing technique, you might experience an altered state of consciousness and be able to heal from negativity and trauma.
