Booking Conditions
By submitting the registration form you make a binding booking, that is subject to change by rikasyoga, if for the selected room type availability is not given.
You will receive all details for payment in your confirmation mail.
Pricing*
We offer the following option:
Double Room with single bed: 1333€*
for single occupation please contact me before registering.
*if you book until 31.10.2023 early bird price applies and deducts your the offer by 50€.
Refund & Cancellation policy
We require a deposit payment to secure your spot of 30%.
The remaining 70% will be due 30 days before arrival. Otherwise your spot will be opened for other participants.
If you need to cancel your retreat, cancellation fees will apply as described below. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

Remaining balance policy

remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date (24.01.2024).

if paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance (price deducted by deposit) is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.

if you cancel less than 30 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable.
Please note: For deposit and remaining balance amounts, please refer to your booking summary email.
Important note: If the retreat is not fully booked 30 days before the retreat starts, it will be cancelled. rikasyoga will inform you in this case and you will be refunded your payment. We are not responsible for your flights and will not be able to pay for already booked flights.
Health & Safety
We take your safety and well-being very seriously. However, you are ultimately responsible for your safety. To avoid possibly dangerous situations, it is extremely important that you obey any rules and regulations imposed by us and instructions given by us. We do not have a doctor at the retreat.
We reserve the right to prohibit any participant from continuing on a trip with no right of refund if, in our opinion, that participants actions pose a threat to the safety of them, others, or to the wildlife, or if that participants actions or behaviors are seriously jeopardizing the enjoyment of the trip for others.
Note: please ensure your health insurance covers travels to EU.
Photos, videos & content creation
In the course of participation in this Winter Bliss Retreat, photos or video may be taken by participants, guides and professional photographers. These images may be used in any promotional materials, website, all social media platforms (i.e. Instagram), etc., unless participant specifically request to the photographer or in writing to us, to not use any material your image is depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to rikasyoga (and all other hosts and guest facilitators) to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

What's included in the pricing?
All yoga classes, different workshops, group activities, 3 meals a day and facilities of our home such as the sauna. Additionally we will provide non alcohol beverages (water, tea, coffee) and snacks during the day.
Your transfer from/to the airport will be organized by us.
What's not included?
Flights. Any personal expenses you might have.
