Breath. Stretch. Wake-Up. Morning Vinyasa to wake up your body for the day. Awaken your mind using your breath to move into deep stretches and hold stillness in asanas. All classes begin with a short meditation or pranayama to find yourself into the space and on to the mat. Connecting to the surroundings around you with the slow and steady movements of your breath. We will move into energising stretches and strengthen back, hips and neck for the day. Attention: This class must be booked via https://www.yogicescape.de/classes or USC to secure a spot.
