Yoga Asana is a tool within the Yogic Path to find peace and healing within the mind, body and eventually soul.
Different levels are not about the ability to do "challenging" asanas but rather about the mindset and knowledge you bring to the class. For me alignment is an integral part of yoga asanas because every body is different and there is no one size fits all solution.
All my classes are open level, but: for total "beginner" classes that include more cues and detailed explanation of each asanas please get in touch.
Private classes allow you to (1) dive deeper into your practice. (2) Focusing on proper alignment and the appropriate use of props will help you reconnect to your body.
You will (3) get personalised for your needs, where you are able to choose between general classes, body-part-focused classes and workshop-style-classes.
I recommend, twice per week one flow class and one workshop style class to look at different asanas and deepen the practice.
