1. Registration Fee: Your registration fee for this event is non-refundable, but it is transferable to another participant or a future event.

2. Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 13 days of the event start date are not eligible for a refund. However, your registration fee can be applied as a credit toward a future event within 6 months of the original event date.

3. Event Cancellation or Changes:

• In the rare event that rikasyoga must cancel or reschedule the event, we will provide participants with the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

4. Force Majeure: I reserve the right to cancel or make changes to the event due to circumstances beyond my control, such as natural disasters, inclement weather, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, I will work to reschedule the event and transfer your registration accordingly.

5. Personal Commitment: I understand that life circumstances can change, and I appreciate your commitment to your well-being and personal growth. I encourage participants to reach out to me for special consideration in cases of extreme hardship.
